Halcyon maintains a comprehensive security and compliance program that includes information security policies and standards, vulnerability management, penetration testing, business continuity and disaster recovery planning, incident response procedures, employee security training, vendor risk management, and ongoing security monitoring.
This Trust Center provides access to information about Halcyon’s security, privacy, compliance, and operational practices, including security policies, privacy notices, data processing agreements, service level commitments, penetration testing information, business continuity documentation, and other resources that help customers evaluate and manage risk.
Halcyon is committed to protecting customer information and supporting applicable privacy and data protection requirements. As part of this commitment, Halcyon participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF), the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Swiss-U.S. DPF), and maintains contractual and technical safeguards designed to support international data transfers and the protection of personal data.
